Designation: MIS - Trainee / Executive - Sales Backend operations

Location: Head office in Chennai / Branch office

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team.
Address and resolve queries and issues raised by the sales team in a timely manner.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.
Identify, address, and resolve discrepancies in payment records.
Prepare and circulate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
Learn, adapt to, and effectively use the CRM system to input and track sales data.
Facilitate coordination between the sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.




Ensure the sales team conducts stock audits on a weekly and monthly basis.

Desired Profile
Any graduate with 1+ years of relevant experience in sales back-end operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail with a robust focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in English, and Telugu
Robust working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
