About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of SEO executives; provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews
Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and detailed SEO audits
Drive client communication, reporting, and performance discussions
Create SEO proposals, pitch decks, audits, and strategy roadmaps for presales




Collaborate with sales/business teams during client pitches and solutioning
Identify growth prospects and contribute to revenue generation
Oversee ORM, ASO, and YouTube SEO initiatives
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/mentorship role
Solid expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
Proven experience in presales, proposal creation, and client handling:
Hands-on knowledge of ORM, ASO, and YouTube SEO
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
Robust analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
