Key Responsibilities:
Handle batching, mixing, and production of paints including:
PV (Protective / Industrial Performance Paints)
Food-grade coatings
Ensure correct formulation and raw material usage (resins, pigments, solvents, additives).
Monitor production equipment such as dispersers, mixers, and bead mills.
Maintain batch records, production reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with QC for:
Shade matching
Viscosity control
Fineness and dispersion checks
Compliance testing (especially for food-grade products)
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and SOP standards (critical for food-grade production areas).
Reduce wastage, rework, and process downtime.
Supervise operators and maintain smooth shift operations.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes (PV & coatings).
Understanding of food-grade coating requirements and hygiene standards.
Knowledge of pigments, binders, resins, and additives.
Basic troubleshooting and manpower handling.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
