About the Role:
We are looking for a agile Business Development Manager to handle property transactions, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for properties
Handle client inquiries and conduct site visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Negotiate deals and close transactions
Maintain database of properties and clients
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate
Good communication & negotiation skills( English & Hindi Must )
Strong networking and client-handling ability
Basic knowledge of local real estate market
Self-motivated and target-driven
Two wheeler is must and have to be on site upon the client availability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
