One must have complete knowledge about the types of skin and skin concerns, products available in the market, practical & theoretical knowledge of different types of make-up (bridal, party, airbrush, glam, prosthetic, red carpet, etc. Basic updo’s & hair styling. Makeup instructor should have positive communication skills.
Job responsibilities
Providing practical and theoretical training to the students at the academy regarding different courses.
Team handling and Team management
Taking Daily reporting
Conduct periodical technical evaluation of staff
Take interviews when hiring makeup artist.
Visit different branches pan India and analyse the work of the staff
Coordinate between staff and external training coordinators
Research about current products in the market
Provide resolution to any client issues at the salons
Prepare budget planning for makeup supplies and tools
Track expenses
Eligibility - Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
