Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring they receive the correct dosage and instructions for use.
Patient Counseling: Provide counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence to ensure secure and effective treatment.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Review and manage patients' medication regimens, especially for those with chronic conditions, to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Prescription Verification: Verify and validate prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and suitability, and resolve any discrepancies or interactions with prescribers.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of medications, monitor stock levels, and ensure medications are stored appropriately to comply with safety regulations.
Drug Interaction Analysis: Check for potential drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications and consult with healthcare providers if necessary.
Compliance with Regulations:
Ensure all pharmacy practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including keeping accurate records of prescriptions and controlled substances.
Patient Education: Educate patients on health topics, such as disease prevention, vaccinations, and lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain high standards in pharmaceutical care and patient safety.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
