Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.
Handle vendor documentation, billing coordination, and compliance processes.
Coordinate with riders/field staff and resolve rider-related operational issues.
Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.
Follow up with vendors and service partners for timely execution of services.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Solid understanding of 3PL logistics operations.
Experience in handling vendor documentation and coordination.
Knowledge of rider/field staff management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage documentation and operational data.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / 3PL operations.
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
