Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer - 4 Nos

Qualification Required
B.E Civil Engineering
B.Arch
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior

Job Location

Chennai / Project Sites

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters
Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Take site measurements and verify quantities
Monitor material usage and maintain stock records at site
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers
Maintain quality standards and safety procedures at site
Prepare daily work progress reports and update management




Handle manpower allocation and site execution activities
Ensure timely completion of projects within target schedule

Skills Required
Valuable knowledge of interior execution and civil works
Ability to read drawings and layouts
Positive communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
Problem-solving and team handling skills
