Job Summary

A Sales Representative in a departmental store assists customers in selecting products, provides product information, maintains store displays, and ensures a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding products within the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of shelves and displays.
Ensure products are properly stocked and labeled with prices.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Operate billing counters and handle cash/card transactions when required.
Keep track of inventory and report low stock levels.
Stay updated on ongoing offers, promotions, and discounts.

Required Qualifications
Minimum:



10th/12th pass (Higher education is a plus).
Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Key Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic math skills for billing and transactions.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Friendly, presentable, and positive attitude.

Working Conditions
Requires standing for long hours.
Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
Indoor retail workplace with continuous customer interaction.

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹350.00 per day
