Conduct live video KYC calls with customers to verify their identity as per regulatory and company guidelines.
Ensure all KYC checks are completed accurately
Record and document customer interactions as per internal SOPs and compliance requirements.
Flag suspicious or fraudulent activities to the compliance team immediately.
Maintain daily call logs and reporting for audits.
Provide excellent customer service while following strict regulatory norms.
Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Video KYC
Knowledge of Merchant Onboarding
Problem-solving attitude
Positive communication skills
Knowledge of PPI,POS & ATM will be an advantage
Knowledge of KYC Documents and Process
Preferable from Banking & Fintech Industries

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
