Role Overview
Replacement position due to employee attrition.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience (5 years preferred).
Support development quality activities across automotive projects.
Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards.
Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of processes, plans, and work products.
Verify adherence to development processes and standards
Support ISO, information security, and other quality audits.
Requires an independent working style and ability to raise/escalate non-conformances when needed.
Education: B.E./B. Tech/ Engineering background with automotive product lifecycle understanding is acceptable
Must Have
Automotive domain experience.
Quality assurance/process compliance experience.
Software or System Engineering background.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a global workplace.
High integrity, ownership, and willingness to challenge process deviations.
Positive to Have
intacs Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE) certification.
Prior experience in ASPICE assessments and audits
