Educational Qualification:
Graduation:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. B.E/B.Tech is preferred.
Post Graduation:




MBA in Human Resources Management from a Tier-1 premier institute.

Work Experience:
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 20 Years

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Auto GCC (Global Capability Center) industry is mandatory. Experience in the IT/Tech will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
Lead organizational development efforts to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Implement and manage HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and people-centric work setting.
