Job Summary:
The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students/clients regarding courses, career options, and admissions process. The role requires robust communication skills, persuasive ability, and a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career prospects.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students for admission conversion.
Maintain student database and update CRM regularly.
Assist students with admission documentation and process.
Achieve monthly enrollment/admission targets.
Coordinate with academic and operations team.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Any stream).
MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,588.16 per month
