We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Relation Executive (Fresher) to join our sales & support team. The role involves interacting with customers, pitching products/services, resolving queries, and helping drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Pitch and explain products/services to potential customers clearly and confidently.
Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into customers.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closures.
Update and maintain customer records in the database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fresher graduates (any stream) are welcome.




Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in pitching/selling products to customers.
Positive listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
