Job Summary

An IT Infrastructure Field Sales Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical sales support to customers. The role combines hands-on IT infrastructure expertise with customer-facing sales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, site assessments, and implementation support. This position works closely with sales teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites to assess existing IT infrastructure and business requirements
Provide in office pre-sales technical support to sales teams
Design and recommend IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security)
Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer locations
Prepare technical proposals, solution diagrams,



and cost estimates
Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot installations at customer sites
Act as the primary technical contact during the sales cycle
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams
Assist during deployment and handover to implementation/support teams
Troubleshoot basic infrastructure issues during field visits
Build long-term technical relationships with customers

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
