Responsibilities:
Recruit across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal industries.
Manage your own recruiting process using your preferred sourcing methods and tools.

Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market is required.
An established LinkedIn network with access to U.S.based professionals.
Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Social Media, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor prospect with no base salary or guaranteed income.

Compensation is paid for successful placements in accordance with our payment terms.
