Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain real estate projects and offerings clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for site visits.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Answer queries and provide appropriate information regarding properties.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Maintain call logs and report daily work updates.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Positive communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, [Insert regional language]).
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
Positive knowledge of using CRM tools and MS Excel (preferred).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
