Job Description:Purchase Executive

Qualification & Skills:
Graduate - Any Graduation (Arts, Commerce, BBA)
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Ms Office)
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Attention to details and accuracy

Work Discription:
Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details accurately
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Support negotiation of prices and terms under guidance from senior staff




Ensure purchased items meet quality and specification standards
Comply with company procurement policies and procedures

Freshers only
