Key Responsibilities:
Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
Create a secure, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting that fosters learning through play and exploration.
Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to plan school events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Encourage language development through storytelling, singing, and conversation.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and interests.
