Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, tea, etc.).
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and surfaces.
Report maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, furniture damage) to the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely.
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping.
Assist in laundry services as needed.
Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
