Job Title: PowerCurve Collections Developer:
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop collections strategies using PowerCurve Collections.
Configure and maintain decision rules, workflows, and segmentation logic within the platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy collections strategies ensuring mínimal defects and optimal performance.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing strategies.
Integrate PowerCurve Collections with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, databases, APIs).
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production monitoring.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in PowerCurve Collections / Decisioning tools.
Strong expertise in PowerCurve Strategy Designer / Collections module.




Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and data analysis.
Experience with rule engine configuration and workflow design.
Valuable understanding of collections lifecycle and debt management processes.
Hands-on experience in integration (APIs, web services, batch processes).
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments is a plus.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other decisioning tools (e.g., Blaze Advisor, FICO, etc.).
Knowledge of banking/financial services domain.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
