Role Summary

Roles & Responsibilities -
Prepare and verify import customs documentation including Bill of Entry, commercial invoices, and packing lists
Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely clearance
Handle HSN classification and maintain accurate HSN mapping for product assortments
Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and applicable statutory requirements
Pass accounting entries related to imports including duties, freight, clearing charges, and vendor payments
Reconcile import-related transactions and support finance during month-end closure
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

Must Have -
Minimum 2 years of experience in import compliance or customs documentation
Solid understanding of HSN classification.
Knowledge of import compliance regulations and customs processes
Experience in passing accounting entries related to imports
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
