Coordinate with senior management on hiring requirements.
Post job openings on portals and social media.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Coordinate onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers.
Follow up for pending documents.
Ensure timely closure of positions and completion of assigned tasks.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
