Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest communication via calls, messages, and internal communication groups
Respond to booking related inquiries and assist guests with necessary information
Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams and service partners for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings
Support daily sales coordination and reporting tasks
Resolve guest queries in a timely and skilled manner

Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Eligibility and Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or hospitality is preferred




Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Comfortable with phone based communication and follow ups
