What is needed of you?
Be the primary medical point of contact during night shifts for all IPD patients
Monitor patient vitals, progress, and clinical status regularly, ensuring timely interventions
Handle emergency situations efficiently, including initial stabilization and escalation to senior doctors when required
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient notes, treatment updates, and overnight events
Coordinate closely with nursing staff, technicians, and support teams for smooth patient care
Respond promptly to patient complaints, discomfort, or complications during the night
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control practices:
Support execution of prescribed treatment plans, including Panchakarma procedures (if applicable) under guidance
Maintain explicit handover communication to the day team, highlighting key updates and concerns
Ensure patient safety, comfort,
and reassurance throughout the night shift
What will make you a valuable fit?
BAMS (Fresher or up to 1 year experience)
Strong clinical basics and willingness to learn
Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations
Valuable communication and coordination skills
High ownership and responsibility, especially in independent night shifts

Accurate and audit-ready documentation
