Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions in Marathi and English
Administer and interpret psychological assessments and screening tools
Travel for community visits, outreach programs, and institutional projects across Mumbai and nearby areas
Design and deliver mental health workshops and awareness sessions
Maintain case notes, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate partners
Assist in research projects, data collection, and report writing




Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and cultural sensitivity

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology)

Experience:
Mandatory completion of a full-time psychology internship
Research experience is an added advantage

Language: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

Other Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel frequently
Positive presentation and workshop facilitation skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
