We are Ginteja Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Promoted by Shaym Steel Industries and Sastasundar Group). We are looking for Senior Finance Executive who has Experience in managing brokerage receivables, brokerage payables, and commission reconciliations while ensuring strict compliance with IRDAI regulations.

Core Responsibilities
Premium Accounting: Record and track commission collections from insurer, matching insurer debit/credit notes, and ensuring timely remittance to insurance companies.
Brokerage & Commission Reconciliation: Calculate brokerage receivables, track pending commissions from insurers, and resolve statement discrepancies.
Receivables & Payables: Maintain aging reports, track outstanding client premiums, and manage payouts to vendors and partners.
Tax Compliance: Manage statutory deductions like TDS, TCS, and GST return filings, as well as advance tax payments.
Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare periodic financial statements (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss), bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
Audit Support:



Assist in internal and statutory audits by maintaining compliant financial documentation

Key Requirements
Technical Skills: Solid command of MS Excel (Formulas,VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software like Tally ERP or equivalent platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines for broker payouts and client premium collections.

Pay: ₹15,087.83 - ₹30,234.18 per month
