Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Machanical

Experience: 02 - 05 years

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process inspections as per control plans, drawings, and quality standards
Monitor machining, fabrication, and assembly operations to ensure process compliance
Identify non-conformities during production and immediately inform concerned departments
Ensure first-off and last-off inspections are conducted and documented
Verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality parameters

Final Quality Inspection
Conduct final inspection of finished components/products before dispatch
Verify dimensions, visual quality, surface finish, and functional requirements
Ensure products meet customer specifications and drawing requirements
Prepare and maintain final inspection reports and quality records
Approve or reject products based on inspection results

Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;




Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.)
Understanding of manufacturing processes (Machining, Fabrication, Assembly)
Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques
Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on the shop floor and under production pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inspection reports)

Salary: 20000 - 30000 CTC

Work Timing: 08 hours
