Shift: 12-hour shifts, 30 days working (No holidays)_

We are currently hiring a Machine Helper to support our machine operators in ensuring smooth and continuous plant operations. This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the machine operator in daily operations of the plant.
Ensure the machine is constantly supplied with sufficient pellets.
Change paper rolls required for yarn spinning.
Perform basic support tasks as required to maintain consistent production flow.
Follow safety and operational guidelines at all times.

Working hours:
Shift Duration: 12 hours per day
Work Schedule: 30 days per month (No holidays)
Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours if needed.

Requirements:
No prior experience required - training will be provided on-site
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
