Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams for processing and documentation.
Conduct field visits for payment collection and follow-up with clients for pending due.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
Maintain qualified communication while handling collections.
Update collection status and client feedback in CRM/ reporting system.
Coordinate with accounts or operations team regarding collection updates.
Should also have experience in MF, Loan, Travel and operation department.
Build & maintain robust client relationship.

Interview Mode: 1st round - Telephonic. 2nd round - F2F

*Note : Should have own vehicle and a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
