Job Summary:
The NABH Quality Executive ensures that our branch company, Soni Diagnostics & Imagings Pvt. Ltd., which operates two CT Scan Centres in Pali and Sikar Govt. hospitals, complies with NABH accreditation standards, maintains quality control processes, and implements patient safety protocols. This role involves documentation, audits, training, and coordination with various departments to enhance overall service quality. Additionally, the role requires frequent visits to both centers to oversee and ensure adherence to quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:1. NABH Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure adherence to NABH standards for diagnostic centres.
Prepare, update,



and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per NABH guidelines.
Coordinate internal audits and facilitate NABH external audits.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-compliances.
Maintain proper documentation of quality indicators, policies, and reports.
Quality Assurance & Patient Safety
Conduct quality checks for CT scan procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
Implement infection control and radiation safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with Biomedical Waste Management guidelines.
Monitor and report any adverse events, incidents, or patient complaints.
Staff Training & Development
Train staff on NABH guidelines, patient safety, and infection control.
Conduct regular awareness programs and workshops for employees.
Ensure that all employees adhere to quality protocols and SOPs.
