Role Description
This is a full time in office role for a Head of Digital Marketing at Shaye India. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts, and analyzing web analytics to drive effective marketing initiatives. He/She will manage a team of employees as well as manage an external agency providing digital marketing services in an effective manner to deliver a target ROAS agreed with management every month. He/She will coordinate the pricing, promotion, production and launch calendar of products with all relevant stakeholders internally as well as with all external agencies to achieve the sales objectives of the Company. He/She will also adopt best and latest marketing techniques and technology related practices to keep the User buying experience on the brand website among the best in class in the industry.





Qualifications
Marketing and Digital Strategy skills
Social Media Marketing expertise
Knowledge of Marketing related to Women’s Western Wear
Experience in Web Analytics
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead a team and work with external stake holders
Ability to coordinate with senior management in production, merchandising and other departments to achieve goals of online sales.
Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Technology/marketing/designing
At least 8 years of relevant online marketing/PPC/SEO related experience
Experience in leading teams and working with external agencies
