We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for POS and retail billing software. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, assisting with installation and configuration, and ensuring smooth operations for client outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot billing, inventory, reports, and software-related issues
Assist with installation, configuration, and basic client training
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Maintain support logs and follow up with clients

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of POS/retail software, Windows, and networking
Basic understanding of databases (preferred)
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati preferred)

Qualification:
Graduate (IT/CS/Commerce or related field)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
