We are looking for a skilled and passionate Content Lead to join the Save Soil and Cauvery Calling movement - a globally recognised environmental initiative accredited by United Nations programs and scientists worldwide.

1 million+ social media followers | 3 crore organic views/month

What we're looking for:
Content Lead:
Role: You will lead our creative team, managing script, cinematography, and editing teams to produce

impactful, organic content.

Strategy: You are responsible for developing end-to-end content strategies that maximize growth across all social media platforms.

Growth: A proven track record of scaling a social media channel by 100,000+ followers organically is required.





Portfolio: Provide a portfolio of viral content that demonstrates storytelling and audience retention.

Leadership: Direct daily production workflows, ensuring high-quality output while fostering team creativity and efficiency.

Analytics: Use data-driven insights to iterate on trends, hooks, and formats to ensure continuous channel growth.

Collaboration: Act as the creative bridge between field team and production execution.

Requirements: Expert knowledge of platform algorithms, production cycles, and visual storytelling techniques.

Goal: Your primary objective is to build a massive, engaged community through consistent, high-quality, and viral creative assets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
