We are a leading home furnishing store in Haridwar, offering a wide range of curtains, upholstery fabrics, bedsheets, towels, mattresses, cushions, and home décor products. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable home furnishing products based on their needs and budget.
Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic sales records (if required).
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries when needed.
Build long-term relationships with customers through courteous and professional service.




Work closely with the store owner and other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi is essential; English is an advantage.
Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
Basic smartphone and billing/POS knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours
Full time (6 days a week)
