This role directly works alongside the founder and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage founder-level coordination, schedules, follow-ups, and execution flow
Handle communication with clients, teams, vendors, and partners professionally
Assist in brand, marketing, content, and campaign coordination
Understand project priorities and maintain operational clarity
Support client meetings, presentations, discussions, and strategic communication:
Coordinate across production, digital marketing, content, and business teams




Maintain professionalism under pressure and rapid-paced workloads:
Ensure tasks move with ownership, speed, and accountability

Who We Are Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English communication

Understanding of branding, marketing, content, social media, and client psychology

Agency, branding, marketing, founder’s office, or client servicing experience preferred
Experience Required: 2+ Years:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Management, Media, Psychology, or related fields preferred
