Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, SPO2, and respiratory rates.
Medication Administration: Administer specialized, high-alert medications and manage IV drips, often requiring exact calculations and titration based on patient response.
Device Management: Manage and troubleshoot complex equipment, including ventilators, dialysis machines, and monitoring systems.
Procedures: Assist doctors with invasive procedures, such as central line insertion, intubation, and chest tube insertion.
Assessments: Perform in-depth, hourly, or as-needed assessments of neurological, respiratory, and cardiac systems.
Hygiene & Care: Provide comprehensive bedside care, including turning patients every two hours to prevent pressure ulcers, oral care, and wound care
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
