Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams.
Ensure design compliance with local building regulations and development norms.
Prepare design presentations and project documentation.
Review contractor drawings and ensure design intent is maintained.
Conduct site visits to monitor implementation of design.
Support approval processes with municipal authorities.
Manage design revisions and modifications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely delivery of design drawings.
Accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Approval success rate from authorities.
Design compliance during construction.
Project design timelines adherence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
