Job Summary

The Waiter/Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with their requirements while adhering to the restaurant's service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials, and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure guests receive the correct orders and address any concerns immediately.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Clear used dishes and prepare tables for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Process bills and assist with payment procedures when required.
Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
Promote menu items, combo meals, and seasonal offers to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Hotel Management qualification preferred).
6 months -3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
