Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct site visits and coordinate client meetings
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain robust relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and documentation
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:
Graduate preferred
Experience in sales, real estate sales, business development, or customer handling preferred
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
