Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock movement.
Handle inward and outward material entries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement when required.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Manage accounting transactions, including purchase and sales entries.
Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and petty cash records.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in preparing financial reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the management team.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.





Requirements:
Experience in store management and accounting is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally or similar ERP systems).
Positive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Robust communication skills in English and Tamil. Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,523.09 - ₹31,300.35 per month
