Job Role: Software Trainer

Role Overview

Responsibilities:
Conduct software training sessions for employees/students based on project requirements.
Explain technical concepts in a easy and understandable manner.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
Assist trainees in resolving doubts and improving their technical skills.
Evaluate trainee performance through assignments and assessments.
Continuously learn and adapt to recent tools, technologies, and training methods.

Requirements:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interest in software technologies and training.
Ability to learn recent concepts quickly and adapt to changes.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of programming languages, software tools, or IT concepts.
Prior experience in training or mentoring is an added advantage.
