Role Overview

As a Tele Caller, you will be the front-line voice of our company. You will engage potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce our products and services, generate sales leads, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities_

Outbound Outreach: Conduct calls to prospective and current clients to present product/service offerings and generate interest.

Lead Generation & Sales: Follow call scripts, handle basic objections, highlight product benefits, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

Customer Support:



Answer inquiries courteously, resolve basic concerns, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Data Management: Keep accurate logs of calls, update client records in the CRM/system, and adhere to internal workflows.

Target Achievement: Work proactively to hit individual daily/monthly targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Qualifications & Skills_

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident, polite phone voice.

Sales & Persuasion: Aptitude for building rapport, explaining product advantages, and overcoming basic objections.

Work Ethic: Highly punctual, target-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced team environment.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage (Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to
