Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.

HR Operations:
Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.
Handle HRMS and employee data management.

Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Organize employee recognition programs and company events.

Performance Management:
Drive annual performance appraisal and salary revision processes.




Support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations.
Identify training and development needs.

Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance/payroll teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including:
PF
ESIC
Qualified Tax
Labour Laws
Shops & Establishment Act
CLRA
Support internal and external compliance audits.

Learning & Development:
Identify employee training needs.
Coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs.
Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Policies & Administration:
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Generate HR reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
