Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers via Chatto introduce and promote products/services.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product details.
Understand customer needs and work towards closing sales effectively.
Manage customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
Maintain and update customer records in the internal system.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Solid communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection gracefully.
Graduation is mandatory.

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
