About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote the company's gaming products and services.
Convert leads into active customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to maximize engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.




Customer-focused approach with persuasive communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Positive problem-solving and time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, or Sales.
Willingness to work from the Kolkata office.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following domains will be an added advantage:
Online Gaming
Rummy
Fantasy Sports
Online Casino
Customer Retention

Knowledge of CRM tools and performance dashboards will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
