The Solution Architect plays a key role in solution delivery by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap. He/She serves as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet project goals. With a good understanding of various technologies and business functions, the solution architect works closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business and supports the growth and evolution into the future.
Required skills:
Prior lead experience within an IT workplace preferred




Minimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:
3 years in a senior-level role
5+ years' experience in TMS (any), Freight management systems/ Cross border business
2+ years' experience as implementation/developer role
Experience with Supply Chain, Transport, freight, 3PL, retail etc
Proven project and process management skillset
Robust problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions

Responsibilities
Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP
Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions.
Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
