nExperience Required – Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Cardiology with requisite teaching experience as per NMC norms in a recognized medical college/hospital
nJob Responsibilities –
nTo perform all the duties of a Professor in Cardiology at Era's Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, including:

Leading and managing the Department of Cardiology (academic, clinical, and administrative functions)n
Delivering advanced teaching and training to undergraduate and postgraduate students as per NMC guidelinesn
Supervising and performing complex cardiac procedures (e.g., angiography, angioplasty, cardiac interventions, non-invasive cardiology procedures)n
Guiding and mentoring junior faculty, residents, and students in clinical and academic activitiesn
Overseeing patient care services in OPD, IPD, ICU,



and emergency cardiac caren
Ensuring implementation of clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety measuresn
Leading research initiatives, publications, and clinical trials in cardiologyn
Participating in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional committeesn
Organizing and contributing to CMEs, conferences, and academic programsn
Ensuring compliance with NMC, NABH, and other regulatory/accreditation requirementsn
Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments for comprehensive patient caren
Maintaining high standards of documentation, reporting, and departmental audits.n
