Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and implement a comprehensive Talent Management framework for senior-level employees.
Collaborate with senior leaders to map talent pipelines, design Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Talent Cards for seniors.
Track and ensure closure of IDPs with senior-level employees.
Design leadership journey programs including modules, workshops, coaching, and mentoring to develop critical leadership skills.
Understand TVSCS's BFSI business strategy, capability gaps, and regulatory/business changes to define targeted leadership interventions.
Conduct needs analysis for leadership competencies and functional/technical skills and map future requirements.
Identify, contract, and manage external partners to augment leadership programs while maintaining quality.
Periodically assess the effectiveness of leadership initiatives by defining metrics, tracking outcomes, and measuring ROI.
Report program impact, pipeline readiness, and leader effectiveness to senior leadership.
Ensure accurate updating of attendance and feedback in relevant systems.
