Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in commerce; CA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting roles.
Experience in manufacturing/retail/service sector is a plus.
Job Purpose:
To support the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analysing budgets, and generating regular MIS reports for management decision-making. This role ensures compliance with GAAP and internal controls and provides key financial insights to drive business performance.
